Is it true that there is not enough "parking" for all the aeroplanes in the world?

I remember hearing that there was not enough room for every plan to be grounded at the same time, which got me thinking - is that true??

Urban legend, and a strange one at that. It would be kind of silly to build more airplanes than places to put airplanes.

Question two is not even worth considering, what a stupid thing to say. Of course they can change their mind about it later if they want to. Question one - Win or lose in *what way* exactly? How can you even measure what is a win and what is a loss? Besides, Pascal's wager is not a phrase or saying like 'no true Scotsman'. It is a real idea, a fallacious one at that, but my point is we don't just say it randomly. Look it up.

No. Every plane in the US was grounded on 9/11-9/12 and they still had plenty of room.
