This was the observance of the Sabbath which was given exclusively to the Israelites who were to set aside this one day a week to cease from all labor and was customarily occupied in reading and teaching the requirements of God.--Ex 31:16,17; De 6:4-9. Christians are now freed from the Sabbath including the observance of all feast days which were a part of the Mosaic Law. Christ's sacrifice abolished the Law consisting in decrees by nailing it to the cross.--Eph 2:13-15. This is why Christians can esteem one day as all others without fear of judgment by another.--Ro 14:4-6. Christians are obliged to observe the law of love toward God and their fellow man and observe each day as special to God.--Ro 13:8-10; Mt 22:34-40

The only one that something similar is not stated in the New Testament is to worship Saturday or at least keep it holy.
As mentioned above, Jesus spoke of the Sabbath (Saturday). We must remember Jesus lived, died and arose a Jew. Jesus never spoke to a Christian but He taught Jews to be better Jews while He was on the earth. Since the old law and commandments were nailed to the cross according to Paul in Romans and Colossians and the New Will and Testament of Jesus began at or after the cross, we find the first gospel sermon taught on Pentecost after Jesus died, was buried and rose again. He told his disciples He would be back not many days from then with power, and that is what we find in Acts 2: That was the FIRST gospel sermon ever preached and it was after the death burial and resurrection of Jesus. Since we are told the "gospel" is the story of the death, burial and resurrection, it could not be preached until after it happend.

The 4th commandment was not left out of the NT. Everyone in the NT, including Christ Himself, all His apostles, John the Revelator, John the Baptist, and even the Greek Gentiles kept the 7th-day Sabbath. It is part of God's Law, and God's Law never changes, because it is a reflection of His character, which also never changes.
