Myeloma:
Tumor of bone marrow: a malignant tumor that develops in the cells of the bone marrow that produce blood cells.
Myloma is the incorrectly spelt form of it.
It's not even a word.

Unless you're looking for the word "Melanoma."
This is a tumor of skin: a malignant tumor, most often on the skin, that contains dark pigment and develops from a melanin-producing cell melanocyte.

I used to confuse Myeloma and Melanoma.

Melanoma is a skin cancer. Also know as Malignant Melanoma.

Myeloma is a malignancy of the plasma cells in the bone marrow. Also know as Multiple Myeloma.
