Do you think TNA & WWE blew it by not having Sting there for Flair?

I know he's with TNA but, surely, they could have worked SOMETHING out to get him there. If not as Sting, then he could have come as Steve Borden.

I think it was a missed opportunity for both companies.

yes i think the wrestling community as a whole missed out on the ability to help each other on this one. sting not at the tribute is an insult to flairs legacy and to the fact that sting plain and simple would have been nothing without the push Ric gave him. 45 minute draws with the nature boy is what made stings career. I don't know who flubbed this one but sting again with out the nature boy would just be another big muscled jobber.

I think they missed a great opportunity by not having the TNA wrestlers there to honor Flair but since they're competing companies, I can understand why people wouldn't want to "cross the lines".

I can only hope that TNA will do something small to honor Flair. His retirement wasn't about company vs. company but they all have to admit that Flair was a big part of wrestling in general and it would only be right to have his friends over at TNA say a quick word about the man. It's probably asking too much though.

Well, Im sure Sting will call up Ric and congratulate him on a wonderful career. Im sure these two still talk to eachother. So, he will still thank Flair.

Sting won't wanna have anything to do with WWE. He says that in an interview.
