nope unless u have a custom firmawre all u can get are demos right now heres a link they have a bunch..http://www.psp-vault.com/UpDownload-req-viewdownload-cid-14.psp
oh well since u have a frimware then jus get a torrent Utorrent recommendede and install it then go to search from the drop down menu select ISO files then type in which ever game u want ex: PSP GTA LIberty city then u will get redirected to an internet page which will highlight it and thn just click download and copy the file or extract it if u have to a folder in yur psp in game and create a new called ISO or just in the game folder this is he link for u torrent http://www.utorrent.com/download.php just click where it says download in the green area.
