What does "ukryta" mean? It's a polish word?

Are you sure about the language?

There are a number of Slavic languages in which this word makes sense, but it may translate slightly differently. I don't speak Polish, but if it was Russian (latinized version of "укрыта"), the word would mean "covered", as in "she is covered by a blanket". Another meaning would be sheltered or concealed.

In either case the form of word pertains to female subject (whoever or whatever is referred to as being "ukryta" would be either a female or an object with female gender, as in Slavic languages most objects have gender).

I suspect that in Polish the meaning would be same or close, but there could also be another interpretation slightly different from Russian version.

"Ukryta" means something like "underlying", "hidden".
