i have a nice gold chain with a cross on it, and a gold diamond ring, and i just bought a platinum watch that has diamonds all over it. should i wear the watch with the gold necklace and ring or just wear it alone?

i prefer silver or white gold better...yellow gold does make diamonds stand out, but it makes it look less elegant, somehow you tend to focus on the yellow more, and especially if the diamond is small, 1/3 karat or so...silver has an underlying tone, so the diamond will be flashing. also, if you do go with yellow, have it very thin chain. thick ones do not complement lighter skin tones.i have a gorgrous little chain with a few tiny diamonds in it, and it looks more elegant. yellow tends to flash at people and it is does nto go over too well with every outfit. besides, white gold and silver and small diamonds are in the trend right now!

Instead of silver, try white gold or platinum. It would look better with gold because it has a goldish undertone but looks like silver.
