Hagrid is a bit insane when it comes to Magical Creatures TRUE- Maybe it's the fact the he's half giant that distorts his perception of what's dangerous and what's cuddly, but his judgement when it comes to magical creatures is poor to say the least. He might be tougher then a human but, a dragon would still rip him to pieces, and they don't need teddy bears to keep them company. o_O Also I think most parents would want, Hagrid sacked if they ever found out, that he had students raise blast ended skrewts. For all we know he could have inherited this twisted sense of what's cute from his father though....What sort of a man is attracted to a giant.
When fred died you couldn't believe it... =O TRUE- Fred and George were always the comic relief, never really in the line of danger before. I didn't see it coming, it got me by surprised. I would have expected Ron or Hermione to die before Fred....Plus Fred and George are almost like one person so it's hard to think of one dead while the other's alive if that makes any sense. :P It's one of the few things in the series that actually surprised me, and I think Rowling did a good job of demonstrating the, unpredictablility of death with Fred's death.
I know this is old but..... When you found out Dumbledore was gay, you weren't surprised..... TRUE- It makes it clear why someone as brilliant Dumbledore, would allow himself to be persuaded by someone like Grindlewald.
Voldemort isn't exactly as smart like the Tom Riddle he was FALSE!!- I'm sure his hypothetical IQ score wouldn't have, changed much. If you notice his plan in the Goblet of Fire did work exactly the way he wanted it to. It shows, he's still capable of making strategic plans. The problem lies with his sanity. I don't think Tom Riddle was ever a stable individual to begin with. I think creating Horcruxes made it worse, not to mention the fact that he was practically gas for thirteen years. Fans often like to excuse Sirius' reckless behavior, or Bellatrix's deranged actions with the fact that, being in Azkaban for so long would make anyone a little crazy. Well can you imagine being vapor, wondering around unable to pick anything up, not knowing exactly how you're going to get out of your current situation especially without anyone's help and, you're not exactly Mr. popularity. :P Also when it comes to Harry Potter he seems to be incapable of staying objective, the prophecy scares him, plus his pride won't allow him to be flexible enough to let Harry be killed by anyone else, nor is he willing to try another method to get the job done. It has to be him and with the killing curse.
The Weasley's are a great bunch of people TRUE- I can see why people like to fantasies about being the 8th Weasley kid, when they imagine themselves in the Harry Potter world. Who wouldn't want a family like that?
You felt bad for the Malfoys in book 7 FALSE- The Malfoys had the sweetest deal, in all of "Dealthy Hallows" They were the only Death Eaters who got, to slink away relatively unscathed, none of them died, they're not in Azkaban they didn't have to flee from England. They're to be envied not pitied. :P
Hagrid is a bit insane when it comes to Magical Creatures
Yes, but only adorably so. True.
When fred died you couldn't believe it... =O False. Yeah, I could. This isn't to say I wasn't upset, but I started the book with the thought that anyone (even Harry) could die.
I know this is old but..... When you found out Dumbledore was gay, you weren't surprised..... True/False Well, I had never really thought about it. When I found out, it was a only a mear 'ohh' that came from my lips. His sexual orientation did nothing to change his Charcter and what I thought of him..It made sense though, with Grindwall and all.
Voldemort isn't exactly as smart like the Tom Riddle he was False His Intelligence--I don't think that changed (only the name did), But Voldermort was not able to charm people like he once could with his handsome Tom Riddle face.
Though, something has got to change in you (even Voldermort) after your soul is ripped into seven parts.
The Weasley's are a great bunch of people True Of course! Who doesn't like the Weasleys? Their house would have ot be the coolest thing ever man! I would litrelly KILL to live there..
But onto subject; The Weasleys are Funny and Warm, occasionally, when I was reading, I felt like I was part of them..(Yes, I know how incredibly cheesy and vomit-out-your-mouth that sounds)....But then again, I still believe the Hogwarts letter is lost in the mail----(Even if it is for four years)....
So yes, I very much like the Weasleys...
Even Percy :P
You felt bad for the Malfoys in book 7
Yeah, I did, I mean, you can hardly Blame Draco- He grew up in the enviroment were you were only prasised if you did something considered 'dark'. Also, His father (Lucius) focused more on killing Harry than playing/bonding with his own son.
This is not to say that I didn't feel like whacking him across the face at times!
Narrissa made me give way all my anger when she agreed the Harry was dead. Though, as for Lucius, He DIDN'T get what he deserved..I think a few more years in Askaban wouldn't of done him TOO much harm.
Hagrid is a bit insane when it comes to Magical Creatures True When Fred died you couldn't believe it... =O True ;( I know this is old but.....
