How do I get a glass wine glass not foggy?
They are all perfectly clear except one, which has a foggy appearance. I tried soaking it in vinegar, but it doesn't seem to be working.
What else can I do?

sounds like etching to me too. Nothing is going to get that out.

If the glass is etched from the dishwasher there is probably not much you can do about it. Maybe a lime-away cleaner would be the only other thing I would think could help.
