I started this job two weeks ago how long should i wait to decide if its going to work out?

I'm not sure if its the right place for me its not the worse job I'm just not sure about it. How long should I stick it out for and when can I start applying for different positions elsewhere?

It depends on what kind of job. If it is a professional job, it will take you 6 months to know if the job is right for you. But you should give another 6 months to try to either make a different or fit in. If it still does not work, look for a new job.

You might want to consider that if you start looking right away people might think you are a job hopper. Also remember that it is easier to get a job when you have one than when you don't. I think you have to make the choice of sticking with this for a year minimum, or leave now and hope and pray you find something else.
Have you considered trying to make this job work for you, and make yourself a valued employee?? That would be the best choice.

I had this problem. If you are working thinking like this then you are not really expeincing the job. My advice is to give it one month unconditionaly. That last bit is important. That means during this time do not think everyday about other jobs. Then after one month you will know. But dont stres too much. Whatever length you stay you will learn from it.

well first don't look for something in a job, but what you can bring to that job... If you think like that 24/7 nor only will every job be amazing but your more likely just to be the bosses fav. besides that I would give it a month, oh and give them a 20 day notice
