Everything. Detroit is the most dangerous, as well as the most miserable city in the country. Since GM left, it was the beginning of the end for Detroit, and Michigan, as a whole. If you mean the Tigers, then their pitching, is what is wrong. Their rotation isn't that strong. Even Verlander, isn't guaranteed to do well. The Tigers will be in big time trouble, if Verlander struggles. Rogers, isn't getting any younger, Bonderman is struggling, and Willis isn't doing too well. Their bullpen is in bad shape as well. No Rodney, or Zumaya, and even if they return from injuries, it isn't a guarantee, that they will pitch well, like they used to.

What isn't wrong with the Detroit Tigers? Their pitching is sub-par, their bullpen has to be one of the worst in baseball. Their offense keeps sputtering at crucial times. So to wrap it all up, everything is wrong with the Detroit Tigers.

I just spoke with someone who plays for the farm team in Atlanta. He was previously a pitcher for the Yankees. he had stated that the best team in the AL was the Detroit Tigers.
"Don't judge that team for a bad start. I think they just got their heads full, and thought they could red carpet their way to the WS. I mean, wouldn't you if you woke up the next day and Miguel Cabrera was on your lineup?"
It's the relief pitching, the getting used to the season, etc.
They will find their groove. Someone posted not long ago today, they are "already sizing up their fingers for their new rings."

wow go on a losing streak one time and everyone says how absolutely horrible you are. You can not tell me that no other team that made the playoffs had a 6 game losing streak. CALM DOWN people its the beginning of the season.
