Is it possible that bosses can read the employees' email including yahoo email?

I know that they can track employees' work emails. What about yahoo emails? Can they read it also?

Only if you read them while at work.

If you don't log in and read your emails from work then they can't see them. If you do read a couple then they can see the ones you read, and also the titles of all the ones you did not.

Yes, and legally they have the right too since you are using their time and equipment to do it. Most businesses do radom checks now and keep tabs on what their employees are up to. They can and will fire you if they don't like what they find. They can even fire you for things you do on the internet when you are not at work if you make a negative reference to your place of business. There is a case of a woman that bad mouthed her place of employment on myspace (she blogged about it at night from her house and a co-worker found saw it) and was fired over it.

Some companies have software installed into their systems that track EVERYTHING an employee does on a COMPANY computer. Personal things should be done after hours on a personal computer.

They can read it only if they know your user name & password.
Make sure you don't check the stay logged in for two weeks.
Make sure that you don't have your password easy enough for someone to guess.
Make sure your password isn't written down somewhere on your desk, computer or a computer file somewhere.

It is possible that they track you through your IP address at work. they can read your mail. In fact a lot of places do that.
