Ideas for a prom hairstyle...?

Hey, my name's Lizzie and my prom is next weekend. I already have an appointment at a salon, I'm just not sure what kind of updo to get. I have kind of thin, curly brown hair. It reaches about 5 or 6 inches below my shoulders when it's straight. My dress is black spaghetti strap, with silver sequins and detailing. I'm wearing red lipstick, so I want a lot of attention attracted to my face. I'd like a pretty, classic updo. Please give me some ideas, pictures would be nice.

I know curly hair is pretty... but I really want an updo. I had a curly 1/2 up thing at my sweet 16 two months ago, so I'd really like something different.
