I keep getting sick. I just stopped feeling symptoms of a cough & sore throat two days ago and again today I'm getting something new and feel miserable. It seems that I'm more sick than not!

i guess every 3 months i get the symptoms
i get away with my immunity one of them
but the second i just catch it, so it is like twice a year
but, coming from jeddah, we have a high rate of flu, cold seasons. the reason is because of the pilgrims that comes to makkah. hot weather, a lot of people from different nations in one place. so, we got high seasons of flus.

when i lived in minnesota i was sick with the flu every year
sense i have been in arizona i have been sick with the flu one time in 4 years.
i catch a cold 2 times a year i would say.

About once a year or every other year for colds and never for the flu... I don't really get sick often

With me i would get sick once a year
but the last two years i would be sick constantly. I noticed that it was because of external pressures on me. So i decided to tackle those problem and now alhamdulilah i don't get sick too often. so if you are under those kinds of pressure sort them out and inshallah you will be fine
