Before I start my car I check all four tires and do a quick inspection of the body and glass.After i start my car I will let it sit and idle for at least 3 to 4 minuites.This helps get all the oil and trans fluid worked into where they need to be.Most people just start and go.This is very hard on the engine and trans reguardless of the outside temp.Best of luck.
