s yahoo being retarded today?
i noticed it tells me questions are deleted when they really arent... they are taking alot of coffee breaks. and that when details are added they are added twice....and a lot of other little things... is it just me or is yahoo being retarded...and why are they having so many problems lately...are they not able to keep up with the demand for it or something?

It's been happening for days. Saturday, I quit in disgust and went shopping because it kept giving me the "Sorry, we're taking a breather" message every time I tried to answer a question.
Yahoo’s “coffee breaks” are long because not only do they drink pure Columbian coffee but they go to Columbia to drink it! That poor little burro has a hard time getting up and down the mountain to bring those fresh coffee beans.
They take so many "breathers" that we should send them some asthma inhalers.
Seriously, Yahoo has been known for a long, long time for having a lot of glitches. They think it’s cute to put those “breather” or “coffee break” messages because they don’t want to admit “We’ve screwed something up again so you, the users, just have to learn to live with it.”

I do not know what is wrong with Yahoo!Answers today other than the performance is bad. It all started Saturday.
It looks to me like they updated the software with a LOT of changes in a very short time. That's usually a recipe for disaster. Also, they seem to install changes on Friday night, so when things go wrong it just keeps getting worse over the weekend.
Rumor has it that a post in the Yahoo!Answers blog will be prepared to explain some of the problems.

Computers are not perfect. They require a lot of things to make them work properly. That is what the YA team is doing right now. Some of the things that they do will work and fix it, some won't. Be patient. Eventually it will be back to the way it was.
