Any problem in changing tire size?

I have a 2005 Dodge Durango All Wheel Drive with 265 65 17
size tires now and would like to put 265 70 17 tires on in future.
Any reason these tires would be a problem??

No, thats so small of a change you probably wont notice anything. If you change it drastially, you might notice a change in gas efficiency and you speedometer/odometer will read incorrect speed and mileage. You'll be fine with what your changing to.

The tires your changing to are only 5mm taller, so it shouldn't cause any problems.

no not really problems you will have to get the speedo calibrated and make sure you have turning clearance.
