In which countries can you buy birth control pills (not morning after pills) over the counter?

I don't know of any country where they're available without a prescription.
They are hormones. Hormones are nothing to self-medicate with. Birth control pills are outright dangerous to a small percentage of women, and that's why it's necessary to see a doctor first---to make sure they're good candidates for it in the first place.
