I am exercising and eating right, I'm not overweight, I'd just like to lose the 10 pounds I've put on since my wedding.....I'd just like some help with appetite control, and maybe energy. Thank you to those of you who are actually trying to help.

dont get trimspa its really bad for your heart, right now im taking slimquick (the commercial with the 2 cartoon characters) and it does curb my appetite so i dont want to eat and the caffine in it gives me energy but there is no pill that MAKES u lose weight, only u can do that by exercising and eating healthier, most of them are dangerous anyways
I took Hydroxycut 4 years ago when I was 21- my suggestion: do not take any diet pill whatsoever- if you have the ability to exercise in the gym and eat healthy I think you will have a better experience.I used this pill for approximately 1 year; my performance at the gym did not improve and rather I felt very tired most of the time. This pill made me feel nervous, and moody and depressed most of the time. Plus the fact that it was very addictive and if I forgot to take it one day I would feel terrible. So if I where you I would not take ANY diet pill- trust me the psychological effect is terrible!
