How interesting that it took less time for the US to get aid to Burma than it did to get aid to New Orleans. We treat the rest of the world better than we do our own and they STILL hate our guts. Maybe we should let them take care of themselves for a change. They can't hate us any more than they already do, can they?

Our Federal protocal doesn't have to go through the state and local channels to give aide like it does in New Orleans. Look how long itook for the mayor and the governnor to request it, and then look how long it tok to get there when it was requested! Another dumb question!
