Do you mean the background check of Sam`s baby`s father? Jack decided it was a good idea to get a background check of Brian, Sam`s Baby`s father and it tuned out he was arrested once on assault on a minor. Sam spoke to him and it turn`s out that they were false charges and they were dropped. Brian left and later she received lawyer`s papers with Brian giving up all rights to the baby. Jack went digging and found that back when the father was younger he apparently sexually assaulted a 16 yr. old girl from a client that he was catering their party but, the charges were dropped since his story was she was drunk and came on to him and since she was a minor he turned her down on her advances. He was 25 at the time. So, she asked him if there was anything else she needed to know and he said no. So, now I'm not sure if they're going to continue to be friends so the baby will know his daddy or not. She was p.o'd that Jack dug his record up. Should be interesting to see next wk. she's due to have her baby next episode. Hope you can stay awake for that one. I to forgot the characters names.. take care....Show more
