neck hurts so bad, its sensitive to the touch, and have been throwing up. Ate a popcicle and took my temp and it still read 102. Should I go to the ER or still just wait and see what happens. Havent eaten in 2 days and cant keep anything down at all but the popcicles. Also my head hurts VERY bad, i cant even move hardly or i get so dizzy.. feels like i got a cloud inside my head or something.. very weird.

DO NOT DRIVE YOURSELF TO THE ER!
Either call 911, or get a friend to drive you to the hospital. When you are dizzy, it's very dangerous to drive. You are probably dehydrated. But when you ahve a high fever like that for more than a day, you definetly need to get some proffessional help. If you decide not to go, drink LOTS of water, and fluids, and stay in your bed.

Go to a doctor or ER right away. Neck and head pain with fever isn't something to be fooling around with.

If you are in the states, call911 right now, if in the UK 999, and get medical help. Meningitis needs to be treated at once.
