I need to find a good up-beat song to do a demo to pronto! Our demo team compeats in a couple weeks and we still haven't chosen music. Our demo has to be under 5 minutes...so yeah. HELP! i have just been drawing blanks...

Foo Fighters have some pretty intense jammin stuff.
I could see a MA demo being done to them.
The Pretender starts out slow, you could some slow movements during that part. Then it kicks in and starts to rock.

I don't know exactly how upbeat you want to be, but my boyfriend has used a lot of Lee Jung Hyun songs for his taekwondo demos. She's a Korean artist that does a lot of really upbeat songs that work great for nunchuck demos or upbeat creative form demos and things like that. I love her music, you should definitely give her a try!
(recommendations: Dara Dara, Ari Ari, Michyeo, Bakkwo, etc)
