most probably it is a virus that is not allowing to to visit antivirus websites. I would suggest the following remedy
If you are using internet explorer, then download and install Firefox browser, so that it will not be affected by the virus. Then do a free online scan and removal provided by BitDefender or TrendMicro Housecall, which can detect and remove the virus form your computer
