Can anyone tell me how to delete a tool bar that was installed while I was trying to download something.?

The tool bar starts (Securty Toolbar 7.1 then it has a indercator and overtop of the indercator it says security level then an arrow that says block adware/popups then another arrow with remove spyware)

add/remove program @ control panel.

don't download at links that appears on top of your browsers.
