In a divorce court, is a diary or are blog entries accepted as evidences?
If during the marriage, you have documented the abuse and neglect on a diary or your blog entries, will it be accepted in a divorce court and consider it as an evidence?
I am not sure if I am allowed to say how unrealiable the cops are when i told them I was sexually abused by my husband when I was pregnant. I was just told then to get a lawyer because it's a civil case? I got them to send me in writing though that I contacted them since December about my issue with my husband. But on there says they lacked jurisdiction? Then when I called to ask how come they said that when I lived in the same city, they said they don't even have any report about it, but on their writing says they admit I made a report.
Can he really use the "not having sex with me" thing as his grounds based on the GROSS NEGLECT OF DUTY thing, when the reason why I had stopped doing it with him was because he raped me twice and I feel like he's a dirty old man after flashing his thing on a webcam in the presence of our baby?
Oh, I am out now. I moved 4 states away, and he even delievered me to my workplace. Didn't send any for his child since then, extorting money from me too even after i let him have the whole tax refund checks. I had been working on the evidences I could provide and so far I already came out with a print out of about 500 pages to show the judge and I'm not even done yet. Now he denies that he took the baby and I here, when that could even be impossible because i don't have a car and a license so there is no other way.
