I just bought an electric griddle...does anyone have any good ideas?

I am hoping to get some new ideas for things to cook on a griddle. I have made pancakes, grilled cheese, bacon, sausage, etc. But I love how easy it is to clean and was hoping to get some new ideas.

Thanks!

I think you can make some pannini sandwiches on those, just weight it down with a cast iron skillet. You can try some hash, eggs. Think, diner food!

Do you enjoy going to Japanese steak house, well my husband and I decided to do the same at home with our griddle and let me tell you it was the best. Set you griddle and high heat cook your meats and veggies, use Jasmine rice follow the instruction on the box. Once you've cooked everything else turn up the griddle to the highest temperature and fry your rice, add soy sauce while it's cooking and margarine, use stir fry sauce to for the meats and veggies! Play with it a couple of times, this is our third time we have done this and we've got it down to a science. I also learned how to make the yummy sauce that is serve there. It is so easy but it needs to sit over night for the flavors to come together. Enjoy !!! You can cook anything on the griddle that you would grill out or cook on a pan (much healthier for you)

If it's your first go with a cheap strat style. fender's durable and sounds good. Semi-acoustic. or Acoustic-electric. Is an acoustic guitar with electronics built into it. It's actually the most practical type of guitar since it can be played clean, or distorted and it sounds good unplugged too. I'd go with one of those for your first guitar. You can learn almost anything you can play on an electric on that plus songs that use traditional chords (which sound like **** on an electric, plugged in or not.) Get one with a built in tuner. a 25' cable. A line six amp. Couple picks of various thickness. (I use light picks for chords and strumming, but heavy ones sound better for solos.) definitely gonna want Ernie Ball Super Slinky strings.(the pink package.) cause a nice light gauge string will sound great and be easier on your fingers. (I cant feel anything with any of my fingertips on my left hand brah. I've played till they've bled before. gotta get those callouses or it'll hurt like a *****.) all that and you should be good. so lets make a checklist for you. Acoustic-electric guitar with good action(strings are close to the neck) and no buzzing frets. Amp (I like Line-6) 25' Cord (def wanna keep this safe, cords short out real easy.) Variety of different picks (till you know what you like) Some practice time And you should be set. I've been playing for 5 years. still practice about 3 hours every day. learn your scales and chords bro, have fun with it.

Omelets, hash browns, fried corn meal mush or polenta also good on a grill. Bacon is just too fatty and in large amounts, makes a mess.

i bread pork cubed steak and make my own version of country fried steak on mine...... everybody loves them. They are lower in fat due to not being deep fried and the pork is a bit healthier than beef. :) Do NOT try scrambled eggs - huge mess LOL
