Does anyone know if Fox switch to a Digital Signal yet?
I cannot get my local Fox station on my DTV convewrter box. The box is a magnavox. When 2009 comes will I get the signal then?

Yea I had the same problem, its not the box or anything. I got full great analog signal, and i hooked up my converter box and got 1/2 if not 1/3 of the channels that i got on analog. Digital signal is just weaker and doesn't go greater distances. Although alot of TV stations have their dtv towers at half power so when 2009 comes along you might be fine.

Check http://www.antennaweb.org and enter your ZIP code. It should have the current information from the DTV database about which of your local stations have a digital signal in the air and if they are making a move after February, 2009. It will also help you get your antenna aimed correctly for each of the stations.

The cut-off date grow to be for them to quit broadcasting analog. maximum stations are already broadcasting digital stations because of the fact all HD channels are digital. The switchover grow to be going to be this thursday besides the fact that that's been moved to June twelfth because of the fact of problems with the coupon software. maximum stations will wait till the June date to drop analog pronounces, yet some will curiously drop analog pronounces on thursday as they have been initially required to.
