(They are) swaying between this and that, belonging neither to these nor to those, and he whom Allah sends astray, you will not find for him a way (to the truth - Islam).
( سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #143)

And (they) said: "Are we going to abandon our aliha (gods) for the sake of a mad poet?
( سورة الصافات , As-Saaffat, Chapter #37, Verse #36)

Or do they say: "(Muhammad SAW is) a poet! We await for him some calamity by time.!"
( سورة الطور , At-tur, Chapter #52, Verse #30)

(2) For he who hates you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)), he will be cut off (from every posterity good thing in this world and in the Hereafter).[] Kauther Chapter 108

Do they not then consider the Quran carefully? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much contradictions.
( سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #82)

And if you (Arab pagans, Jews, and Christians) are in doubt concerning that which We have sent down (i.e. the Quran) to Our slave (Muhammad Peace be upon him ), then produce a Soorah (chapter) of the like thereof and call your witnesses (supporters and helpers) besides Allah, if you are truthful.
( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #23)

1 Read! In the Name of your Lord, Who has created (all that exists),
2 Has created man from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood).
3 Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous,
4 Who has taught (the writing) by the pen (the first person to write was Prophet Idrees (Enoch) ),
5 Has taught man that which he knew not.
6 Nay! Verily, man does transgress all bounds (in disbelief and evil deed, etc.).
7 Because he considers himself self-sufficient.
8 Surely! Unto your Lord is the return.
Al-Alaq | 19 verses | Sura #96 | Makkah

I think it's a religion invented by Arabs to make them feel like kings. In non-arab countries, I find that the majority who continue to follow it also suffer from severe poverty, like Malaysia and Indonesia ((both countries have major poverty issues at present)).

Islam claims to be a religion of peace. While it may claim this, I still think it's actions speak louder. In certain countries, like Saudi Arabia, there is 0 tolerance for any other world religions. Practicing Christianity openly would mean death. Women, in these countries, are still oppressed, brainwashed, and treated like property. Proof? When needing a witness, either 2 men must be present, or in the case of only 1 man bearing witness, 2 women must replace the other 1 man, incase one of the women forget. So by that logic, 2 women = 1 man. Haven't we passed the dark ages?

Even if there are peace loving, tolerant muslims ((which there is)) the religion just seems like a cult when you study more about the origins. The most important prophet, Mohamed, had how many wives??? One of them even being a child? Thats just wrong.

Islam is a religion based upon the writings of the Prophet Mohammed as set out in the Q'ran. That is what it is, and the only thing for which I have proof.

However, you ask what I think of it, and of that there can logically be no proof as it is a subjective analysis, of which the only proof can exist in my own experience. My experience is that there are a few nutters around the world who take the name of Islam and pervert it so that it becomes an excuse for the degradation of women (such things as burqas, hijabs and jilbabs are, I'm told by a Muslim adherent, tribal rather than religious) and taking out one's frustrations on those who, it is perceived, have wronged one. This tends to hide the fact that ninety nine percent of the world's Muslims are peacible and worthy citizens.

Then again, the facts speak for themselves - that Islam was spread by the sword - indeed, the symbol of the Wahabi state of Saudi-Arabia is two crossed swords beneath a palm tree, and it is Islamic lore that the good Muslim will walk the blade, whilst the evil Muslim will be carved up by it. This, however, is allegory based on Mohammed himself being a warrior.

There is an Islamic brotherhood called Umma, and each Muslim is supposed to count himself, first and foremost, a Muslim and not a national of any particular country. I believe this is where the western notion of individual birthday celebrations is shunned by Muslims, who instead celebrate collectively, at Eid, following the holy month of Ramadan.

I know many say Islam is a religion of peace, but what is meant by 'peace' in Islam is an entirely different concept than what 'peace' means to western societies. Islam is a social, political, religious system of belief where everyone conforms to the same philosophy. It is assumed in Islam that other people will not steal your wallet because they could get their hands chopped off. Assumedly, no one will commit adultery because the penalty is death. There will be 'peace' in the home, because, and I quote a Muslim poster, " the wife knows she can be beaten and will likely resolve her issues with her husband before it gets to that point". It is assumed in Islam that the man is always right and always honorable and that the wife must be the problem.
In this "religion of peace" everyone believes the same, worships the same and obeys the same moral code. It is mandatory. Of course, in existing Islamic states non peaceful means have been necessary to create this 'peaceful' society, those methods being authorized by the Quran. There is the death penalty for anyone "working mischief in the land" whatever that means.
So, in th West, a "peaceful" society means Freedom of Religion before the law for everyone and Tolerance of other cultures and beliefs. In Islam "peace"means a society where everyone submits (preferably willingly) to that way of life.
Also, in the West, there is a dichotomy between Faith and Science. Many Muslims like to stress the "science in the Qu'ran" to make the Qu'ran more palatable to westerners. Most thinking peope can see right thru these questionable claims.
So,Islam is, in that sense I mentioned, a "religion of peace". As long as everyone in the society submits to it.

I was never good at Proofs in Geometry.. I muttled thru them by copying examples from the book.

Lets see...

Islam believes in right to war in order to protect religion
there are many religions in the world
it is easy to offend a religion you don't know about
War for Islam is imminient
War is a danger because it creates casualities and chaos
Therefore Islam is a danger

I could articulate it better if I wasn't stuck to using proofs and could use common conversational vernacular instead.

The issue is more complex then that but I don't know how to express the complexity in a proof.

Why do you want to use a proof anyways? Proofs are only used in Geometry and Philosophy from what I can tell.
