International Schools in Abu Dhabi?

What are the schools that are really international in a sense that the students are a mixture from different nationalities not only majorities from the Arab World or Indians or Pak or British, Americans, Philippinos etc.

Or is there really such schools in existence in Abu Dhabi ? Quite a number of such schools are present in Dubai but I wonder whether Abu Dhabi got it?

Appreciate any suggestion or recommendation....

Ever dependable H .... I have checked them already (places & webs) even the new Canadian School in the far away Khalifa Golf course Area near the Airport.

I still believe that AUH will need a lot of catching up compared to DXB when it comes to this sector.

Thanks once again mi lady.

Well Willie, the majority of Emiratis will join local schools, the Brits British schools and the American American schools.

Just going by talking to parents of different Nationalities I know, the most choosed schools are: The International School of Chouaifat, the Canadian School and the French School. These schools are used by parents whose jobs may take them to other places worldwide and where they do not see any problems their kids catching up attending new schools.

Expat parents I am talking to think about their kids education in a long run. Most Expats know where they will relocate for good and go by what education would be the best for their children back home. I.e. educated Egypts like their kids to learn the German language.

Most people who are used to work in different countries are concerned which kind of education are most accepted worldwide.

Btw: if interested in the mentioned schools I know you are smart enough to check them out on the web without giving you the links, right?

Take care.
