The bulk folder has disappeared , how do I get it back?

Yesterday i noticed that the bulk folder has disappeared, I have tried everything I cannot get it back. How do I solve this problem. Thanks

The latest Classic update renamed the bulk folder spam. They are exactly the same. See other changes at the link below.
