Has Yahoo Answers devolved into a 21st Century example of Lord of the Flies?

Seems to me that popularism wins over logic and knowledge here. Your thoughts?

At times your absolutely right about this assessment, but at times I have read so many well thought out ideas/answers & it puts a smile on my face. Again though sometimes the ignorance is maddening! for each well thought out answer I read I at times read 2/3 answers that speak volumes about the writers ignorance/hatred/racism/sexism & so many more words that I care not use but at the end of the day so many of us use this as a tool for entertainment to pass the time and try to find useful information that we can use directly from people who may know. Days ago I answered a question from a young man who wanted to learn ideas on how to play a particular football position better...since I was a FB coach I was happy to share my knowledge so again it's part of the great things we use yahoo answers for.

Great question!
