I got a new processor (E8400) and I was just wondering what is a healthy tempature on load?
I'm almost 100% sure I'm fine, I have mine running 30c normal, 65-75c on load.

Anything 75c and below is fine for load. If your a gamer and its staying around the 75 for several hours (more than 8) then you might want to consider higher airflow fan.

The healthy tempature on load is below 80 C.
