33 inches? that must be a misprint, 33 inches is not overweight at all, i mean i know Asians are typically smaller then us Americans but im a 32 inch waist and I had my fat percentage measured at 7 percent. Im 6'2" and 195 pounds...im very lean but would be dangerously close to getting a financial penalty in Japan! Now take into account they are only doing this to older people, thats a lot of penalties....Show more

Well it is a facist ideal. Germany and Japan both did it in WW2 era as a means of preparing for war. Suppose we could see the same thing happening here. Japan and Germany are actually considered 2nd and 3rd ranked in military and economy. So WW3 here we come.
