Tips for Drying up Breast Milk.?

I cannot Nurse my child due to the heart medication I have been put on since he was born. Are there any tips that can help make it dry up faster to relieve the pain I am feeling? It hurts all the way into my arm pits and I can barely lift him due to that and the painful c-section that I had to have recently.

Take the herb parsley
Put cabbage leaves in the freezer and then on your breasts
Avoid hot showers
Do not express
Wear a tight bra
