Should I allow my coworkers to join my friends on social networks?

Social networks like MySpace, Yahoo 360, facebook, etc. What if I do and what if I don't?

I wouldn't. Co-workers are different than friends, and the level of trust is much lower. You dont want them running around telling others (such as you boss) things they learn about you from your profile.

Someone I work with was recently disciplined because of what they had about the company on their profile...
