Does anyone know how replace usb ports on dell latitude d600?
due to "flaw designed" usb ports on me dell latitude d600, all 4 pins inside either broke off or twisted on one side.

yeah thats right you can't
option 1 - take it into a Dell for them to replace the motherboard
option2 - find a reputable laptop technician/repair center
option 3 get a Pcmcia usb card

If you asked that question, you can't.
The best course of action is to buy an PCMCIA USB card (USB ports on a PCMCIA card)

It's soldered to the motherboard so you'll need to replace (not the cheapest) the motherboard.
