Can you micorwave rice balls (onigiri) or will they fall apart?
I know rice gets all hard and funky in the fridge and you can just put some water on it to make it better, but will the riceballs fall apart if I want one tomorrow?

try taking a moist papertowel and cover the rice balls before microwaving them. the moisture should keep the rice balls intact.
?
they might. give it try, though they won't taste as good.
