Firefox 2.0.0.15?

I heard there were problems with the new Firefox 3.0 when it first came out. My computer is telling me I need Firefox 2.0.0.15. I'm running Firefox 2.0.0.14. Which way should I go? Upgrade to 3 or just update to the next version of 2 or do nothing?

IMO, get 2.0.0.15, wait until there is a 3.0.1 before moving. I never go to a major version number until the first fixpack, service pack or upgrade release version is out.

You really cant get any firefox 2 versions anymore. Unless u download it from a old site. The only one avaible in mozilla.com is firefox 3. I guess u have to go for 3. II have it and it sucks.

i think of Firefox is greater proper because of the fact cyber web Explorer continuously takes continuously to load and it often makes each and each of the classes close down. it particularly is demanding to have, so i'm happy I actual have Firefox. =]

Firefox 3 is much faster than 2, on both Mac and Windows; more security.

Not all old add-ons work. You may have to get some newer replacements. For example, Sage doesn't work. You have to get one called "Sage-2". Heh, heh. Works the same...be prepared for a little work, you may have to chase them down.

But that was just me: I had (gulp) 17, count'em, 17 add-ons.
