Anyone experience a ZoneAlarm Firewall situation where the internet zone goes to HIGH without you doing it?

Both my computers stopped getting to the internet and I couldn;t figure out why.  I disabled ZA and they worked fine.  I finally looked into it a little deeper and both had the internet zone set to HIGH.

windows update caused this --run ZA on medium  until fixed

YES! the customer support guy for my internet made me do soo many things before realizing that the problem was my Zone Alarm Firewall setting on high.

all i had to do was change it to medium, problem fixed.
