Can anyone provide a review of Jitterbug cell phone service?
I'm researching a phone plan for my grandfather, and the Jitterbug phone itself looks like a good design for seniors, but both the phone and the service (as well as the extras) are EXPENSIVE! Is it really that much better than something like TracFone?

Hi. I worked for Jitterbug for many years (before it was Jitterbug it was the SOS PHONE). The phone is excellent for technophobes. The customer service is great, and they try to make everything as simple as possible for the user. If your grandpa is going to use hundreds of minutes per month, then he might be better off with another phone with higher usage plans at a cheaper rate, but the Jitterbug design is awesome for seniors, so many find it well worth it to pay extra to get that comfort and ease of use.
I considered Jitterbug and additionally purchasers cellular, the two pushed via AARP. My attention exchange into fee so I went with TracFone. i do no longer use a cellular telephone in lots of circumstances sufficient to have an interest interior the bells and whistles yet Jitterbug exchange into an exciting finding deal. aside to Crazybunnie. no person asked your opinion. The question exchange into addressed to Seniors/Seniorettes and at age 14 you're encroaching in area the place you have wiped out your welcome. do no longer enable the door hit you on your smarta$$ on the way out. you are going to be able to desire to alter your identity to Dumbbunnie.
