Has Yahoo decided to bottle neck data transfer at Yahoo answers?

Perhaps I am asking this question prematurely as my contacts have not asked new questions of late, but the contacts question delivery has been down for a very long time. Perhaps the data flow is too much for their memory buffers and they want more clients or advertizing data loads so they are sacrificng other services, just a theory.

...I think there are all sorts of "games" going on behind the scenes as Microsoft is attempting a hostile takeover of Yahoo...it's all sabotage

I think that such problems have been going on everywhere. Several days ago I was looking at questions to answer in the society section and they were all asked hours ago. I know that the society section is a very busy one which only means that they have problems everywhere. Maybe they should be informed that their problem is still not fixed?

The entire website has been messed up for hours. Questions on the maine page when you click the "answer" section have been there for over 20 hours, it seems to be frozen, but if you go to the front page (by clicking on "yahoo answers" in the top left hand corner) the questions are up to date.

no questions in any section appear to have been asked in over 20 hours - its same all over site. the main page is working fine though, but the sections and "answer" buttons only give questions asked 20 or more hours ago. been like this all day.

Its frozen. This happens occasionally. They are working on fixing it. Just use the main portal for now.
