Very soon, you will see a great many people wearing Red every Friday. If every one of us who loves this country will share this with acquaintances, co-workers, friends, and family, it will not be long before Canada is covered in RED and it will let our troops know the once 'silent' majority is on their side more than ever, certainly more than the media lets on. The first thing a soldier says when asked 'What can we do to make things better for you?' is 'We need your support and your prayers.' Let's get the word out and lead with class and dignity, by example, and wear something red every Friday.

maybe this is the problem . . . if those in support were not so silent - the media is mighty loud, wearing red is a nice idea and in itself there is nothing wrong with it. . . but what do you want it to accomplish- your words and actions are going to have to go beyond silent displays of support. Besides this, how many nonsupporters do you think, not caring about the day, will wear red on a Friday, 'just because' and at the same time loudly, through words and actions express their nonsupportiveness?? How effective will your red shirts be then??

I would be honored to wear red. I already do on Fridays.I always include our troops I'm my prayers daily. I know it is the best gift that we can give to them. God Bless you for suggesting this. I have heard this request before and I am so glad you brought it up as a reminder to all. God Bless our troops and God bless America.
