Wireless signal question 802.11n?

Hello, in my company i have Linksys350N router, and its working with 802.11n signal mode. But i have several Palms, palms not connecting to router, i think palms not supports 802.11n , they supports 802.11b/g . Is there any way to convert router signal N to G or N to B

Just ask your network administrator.

Or go to 192.168.1.1 for router settings

N is not finalized yet, so what you have is a proprietry version of N. That means it may or may not work with other N devices.

Your router should provide a way to force it to G mode. Check the manual.

That router should support N & G & B out of the box. If someone forced it into N only mode simply return it into N & G & B mode.

Sure they all do but everyone else looses N if they change there settings to b/g instead of N
