There is a site online: Amazon.com sells all of the seasons and they all have Spanish audio except the 1st season.
You can re-runs of Scrubs on Comedy Central which probably has the SAP option, which means they also transmit the show in Spanish. You can find the SAP button on your remote or within your TV's audio menu.

in basic terms 39 have been aired in English, it comes out weekly on person Swim. In eastern, there are torrents up until the main cutting-edge episode - 132 this week, with english subtitles.
