ok. so today i bought buddig brand corned beef. and tonight i opened one of the packages, and ate a piece without lookng at it. i thought it tasted funny so i looked at it, and it is green!! and has white and black fuzzy mold spots alll over it. the date even says september 10th, 08. should i sue, or can i sue buddig?, i can get sick from this!

If you didn't throw the rest of it away, take it back to the store you bought it from, or better yet! call the company direct!! They will ask you for any numbers that are printed on the can, and they will probably reemburse you for the price you paid for it, plus give you coupons as well! If you didn't get sick, you can't very well sue them! The store should check the rest of their stock to see if there any other cans that have been damaged, and therefore spoiling the product! Sounds like it had a hole in it somewhere!
