the calipers,breaklines,hoses and master cylinder are all new.The tires are in good condition and the front two are new. I just had it aligned. The pads are in good shape. It seems as if the front left is working more than the right and over heats.Any thoughts?

Try checking the proportioning valve in the brake lines.

The left front caliper may not be free to slide side to side and might be in a bind, causing it to drag on the rotor and get hot. If you have replaced the soft brake hose on both sides, trace the metal hose all the way back to the master cylinder and look to see if it has been pinched, restricting the flow of fluid to the right caliper. You can take the hose off the caliper and at the master cylinder and use an air compressor to blow the line out to see if it is clogged. Watch out for fluid spray when you do this. Of course you will have to bleed the brakes again. Also look to see if both calipers have a good flow of clean fresh fluid from the bleed screw when you bleed the brakes.
