Where should I put my tattoo?

Yes, this is the 2nd time I am asking this question. But I would like to see if I get more responses this time. 
I am planning on getting a tattoo of a fairy. She is kneeling, facing to the side and looking down to something she is holding in her hands. I can not make up my mind where to put it. I already have 3 on my back and I do not want another one there. I would like this one to be where I can see it without using a mirror. I also what it where if I need to cover it (job interview, etc.) I can. Any ideas?

How about the side of your calf on whichever leg you prefer.  This way you can see it and also cover it when need be.  My son has his entire calf done with a Vargas girl from the 40's and when he wears shorts it is a beautiful tat for everyone to see and whenever he is working he wears long pants to cover it.

The top of your foot is a nice place to put a tattoo, also if you have nice feet lol. You could get one on the side of your ankle.

Upper thigh
To the side of the chest (above breast, by shoulder) 
Upper arm
Back of the leg or side of the leg
Ankle
