Exchange programs to Japan?

I'm looking into the CHI (Cultural Homestay Program) as a foreign exchange student to Japan for a semester.

Soes anyone know if this program is any good?

I Plan on going my Junior Year or maybe even my sophmore year.
Any advice would be nice.

The school looks good. However they were not clear on academic requirements of the school. The purpose of the school was not clear.
