You are describing a Facial Palsy that results from some kind of damage to the Facial nerve, which is the 7th Cranial nerve.

The Facial nerve runs pretty far posterior to the wisdom tooth area. It is possible that a tumor or cyst in the jaw could put pressure on the nerve. But I can't find anywhere in the research that an impacted wisdom tooth is a possible cause for this condition. You may need to consult with another doctor to find the cause....but you should definitely keep pursuing this problem with your medical doctors and or oral surgeons.
Talk to the surgeon about it. Then go from there. We don't have your medical records or know your situation..you aren't trained to. You need to see the doctor.
